Return to Play Protocol and Health Checks
The LMHA is looking forward to welcoming players back to the ice this upcoming week. A lot of work has been done to ensure the health and safety of all participants. The Leeds Chargers will be utilizing TeamSnap for pre-screening all players and bench staff prior to entering the arena. Ensure you have the latest version of the TeamSnap app loaded onto your mobile device to be able to access the health check questionnaire. The health check questionnaire opens 8 hours before your scheduled ice time. You can complete the pre-screening questions before arriving at the rink. Once completed you will get a green clearance screen in the app if you have passed the pre-screening.
When you arrive at the rink you can show your green clearance to your coach or manager.

Finally, you will also need to carefully read the arena policies for Athens and Westport. They outline when you can arrive, when you can leave, and how many spectators can be in the building (1 per skater in Westport and none in Athens), among other things.
Your coaches and managers have been briefed on all of these policies and protocols. If you have any questions at all please direct your questions to them before your first ice time.
